Empowering, interesting, fun and effective. Using NLP (neuro-linguistic Programming), Ericksonian Hypnotic language patterns and cognitive therapy, young people learn about and experience abilities and capabilities they never knew they had. They learn how to be ruler of the Self.

This group will learn more about themselves, addictions, behaviors, the brain, thoughts, imagination and emotions than most people learn in a lifetime. They will learn how to understand and change negative emotions and behaviors. They will learn why they are here and the meaning of addiction in their lives.

Space is limited! Only patients 15 to 28 years old being treated for addiction at Sedona Holistic Medical Centre are eligible.

Bi-weekly Every other Monday starting Monday May 19, 2008
Time: 6:30 p.m. to about 8:30 to 9:00, depending on subject matter and number of  participants
Cost: $7.00 per session. Payment due before session!

NOTE: This group is only for those sincerely interested, who arrive on time and show up regularly. We reserve the right to dismiss anyone for any disruption of sessions, including tardiness and a number of missed sessions.


REIKI : Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction that also promotes healing. It is administered by the "laying on of hands" and is based on the idea of working with the "life force" energy (chi). Reiki treats the whole person body, mind, emotions, & spirit. Reiki work in conjunction with other medical & therapeutic techniques. Reiki is available to EVERYONE. The ability to use it does not depend on spiritual development or intellectual understanding. Reiki is a simple, safe, & natural method of healing & self-improvement that anyone can learn & use.

REIKI 1
Receive an attunement that allows you to access healing energy at any time simply by placing your hands over someone. Reiki can be used on yourself, your loved ones, your pets, & more.

REIKI 2
With the 2nd degree attunement, you will learn to send healing energy over distances, mental / emotional healing techniques, how to add more power to your healing session, & more.

REIKI 3
Pass on Reiki knowledge & healing training! You will be able to give attunements & will be given guidelines for teaching Reiki classes.

$350. $425.if less three days week prior to class.
